When a pre-approval request is submitted, an email is sent to the designated individual or line manager to approve.
Navigate to Approval in the menu bar. Requests will be displayed in the Pre-Approval tab.
Select the request by checking the circular checkbox adjacent to the claimant’s name.
The options: Approve, Reject, Notes appear in the right sidebar.
If the Notes option is used the claimant will see a speech bubble icon in the request.
To review the details of a request, click into the request line and the pop-up box will appear.
When approving, you can attach documents e.g. train tickets.
You can Approve or Reject from the pop-up.
