Navigate to User Management
- Access Setup - Find and click on the “Setup” cog icon in the bottom left-hand corner. A dropdown appears.
- Select People - Within Setup, locate and select the “People” category, which is your gateway to managing user information and settings.
Modify the Active Status of the User

Identify the User: Scroll through the list or utilize the search functionality to locate the person whose active status you wish to change.

Select the User: Click on the circular tick adjacent to the user’s name to access their settings.

Accessing Settings: An “Options” window will appear on the right-hand side. Select “Edit” to modify user settings.
Adjusting Active Status

User Account Window: Once in the “User Account” window, you'll find various user details and settings.

Toggle Activity Status:
- Find the checkbox labelled “Active.”
- To inactivate a user: Untick the checkbox.
- Save Changes: Click on the “Save” button to apply and retain any changes to the user’s account.
Reactivating a User
To reactivate a user at any point, simply revisit the User Account window and re-check the “Active” checkbox, ensuring to save any changes.
