When credit card transactions are imported by any banking method such as via a bank statement or open banking, sometimes the category information is incomplete.
If the Expense Category is found by the system, you can choose whether the incomplete status is removed from the transaction by going to Capture Expense: Setup> Settings> Account> When an Expense Category is found, do not remove the transaction incomplete status.
- If this option is not selected, users can submit the transaction without having to review and edit the Draft Expense claim.
- If this option is selected, users will need to review and edit every Draft Expense claim before being able to submit it for approval.
