How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your Capture Expense Password, you can easily reset it via the Sign in to Capture Expense page.

To reset your password

  1. Navigate to the Sign in to Capture Expense page.
    Go to https://app.expenseonce.com

  2. Click Forgot your password?

    You are taken to the Reset Password page.

  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click Send. A Reset Password message appears stating: We have sent you an email from [email protected] with instructions to reset your password. 
    Important! 
    If you have not received your email instructing you to reset your Capture Expense password, check your Spam/Junk folders.

  5. Click the Reset Password link. You are taken to the Set Password page.

  6. Enter the Password.
    Important! 
    The created password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mixture of uppercase and lowercase characters and digits.
  7. Re-enter the Password.
  8. Click Update. A message appears stating: Your password has been successfully updated.
  9. Click Sign in. You are taken to the Sign in to Capture Expense page.

  10. Continue to Sign in as normal.
 
You can also change your password within Capture Expense by navigating to My User and selecting Password from the menu and following the instructions.
