Can approval email alerts be set monthly?

Capture Expense provides real-time approval functionality for Expenses, and notifications are sent to Approvers when there are new Expenses awaiting approval.


As an administrator you are able to switch off all notifications for a specific user. 

  1. Navigate to the Setup Cog:

    • Find and click on the Setup cog icon, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Accessing the People View:

    • From the emerging dropdown menu, choose "People" to enter the People view.
  3. Selecting a User:

    • Identify the user for whom you want to modify notification settings.
    • Click on the round checkbox adjacent to the user's name to select them.
  4. Editing User Account Settings:

    • In the sidebar on the right, click "Edit" to open the User Account view.
  5. Disabling Notifications:

    • Locate and select the checkbox labelled "Switch off all notifications."
    • Click "Save" to apply the changes and disable notifications for the chosen user.


 Note:  If an Approver wishes to turn off these notifications, they can do so by accessing the user's account settings on their own preferences.
