The "History" tab in the accounting exports section, allows you to view, track, and manage all exported data, including the ability to re-export or reverse past exports.
- Export>History Tab
- The "History" tab is in the accounting exports section.
- The tab displays a table with the following columns:
- Export Header: Summary of the exported data, including file name and format.
- Total Amount: The total value of the exported expenses.
- Export Date: Timestamp of when the data was exported.
- Export Format: Format used for the export (e.g., CSV, Excel, etc.).
- Status: Indicates whether the export is completed, reversed, or re-exported.
- Actions in Export>History
- Re-Export Button: Allows users to re-export data from a specific entry.
- Reverse Button: Provides an option to undo or reverse an export action if necessary.
- Integration with Existing Data
- The export history must sync with all previously exported data so we track every time you update and show what expenses you marked as exported.
- We flat map all expense data into the export history table so you can easily track what expenses were exported in what export.
- Real-Time Updates
- Ensure export history updates dynamically with each new export.
