Within Capture Expense, you can use Tags to create your company's cost code structure. Capture Expense offers default Tags, to which you can update the options and add Value records. Each Value record allows you to enter details about the cost code.
To edit the default tag
1. Open the editable tag view

Navigate to the Tag page.
Go to Setup> Overview> Tags & Costcentres or Setup> Tags
- Click the Edit icon in the Tag you wish to update. The Tag's details appear.
- Update the options where necessary.
2. Add a value to the tag

Click + Value. The Tag Value form appears.
- Ensure Active is selected.
- Enter the Code.
- Enter the Analysis Segment, if necessary.
- Enter the Name of the value.
- Click the Save button. The record is created.
- Continue to add as many Values as necessary.
- Click Save to return to the Tags page. Notice that the Development tag now displays the number of records created.
- Continue to edit the Tags as required.
